The Japanese spec Airwave uses the same 1.5 VTEC engine in the Jazz VTEC and City VTEC here. i-DSI versions should be able to be introduced easily. I think the Honda Airwave has the potential to do well here if Honda Malaysia could come up with a way to turn it into a 7-seater. It could be great as a competitor to the Toyota Avanza, which seems to be sweeping away the market. Honda also has no competitors to the Toyota Innova for the moment. Honda has alot of holes in the market segments to plug.
