CARBARN | Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG Black Series Coupe DTM Safety Car (2012) | The Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG Black Series Coupe DTM safety car is equipped with the Track package AMG, AMG aerodynamic package, the outside carbon fiber package and AMG AMG forged light alloy. The Track package includes active cooling AMG rear axle gear and sports tires. The package includes AMG Aerodynamic cops called a separator designed and functionally real carbon fiber front apron on the front, plus a fixed rear carbon fiber wing with adjustable blade. The exterior carbon fiber AMG package includes exterior mirror housings, inserts in the door sill panels and a diffuser insert in real carbon fiber. All items are optional equipment of the AMG Performance Studio and are available ex-factory for all Mercedes-Benz C63 AMG Black Series Coupe.
The two AMG sports bucket seats ensure optimum lateral support for driver and co-pilot. AMG carbon fiber, with trimmings of "AMG Black Series" logo emphasizes the racetrack functional atmosphere. For communication with the race organizers, Safety Car is equipped with a two-way radio system and TV monitor. In the World Championship Formula 1, one SLS AMG is deployed as the Official F1 Safety Car and C63 AMG Estate is an official car medical F1.
