Previously, in the 60's, Honda built entirely of Formula 1 designed by the firm. In 1965, powered by a 1500 cm3 V12 extraordinary, the most powerful of the grid - and transversely - RA-272 won the Grand Prix of Mexico, placing the firm in the circle while very small manufacturers can master this architecture and lead to victory. Honda also experimented with a formula of bold innovations like the 3 liter V8 air-cooled (no fan) of RA 302, which developed a whopping 430 horses. This car was equipped with a magnesium lid frame, a material chosen for its extreme lightness, but flammable under certain conditions - a factor that may have aggravated the tragic accident that killed his driver Jo Schlesser.

It is a beautiful copy, which is proposed, benefiting in particular from the very rare automatic transmission, which is by no means a heresy on such sporting, which combines power, lightness and easy handling, and whose transmission is particularly well suited a sporty driving but relaxed. It is clear that the search for the last tenth of a second would require a manual, but nowadays, to enjoy the power of an engine well designed, usable throughout the rev range, while remaining "Zen" in traffic Urban, an automatic is a sensible compromise ... The black paint finish and black leather suits very well to this sport elegant and functional what the NSX: the cockpit has a perfect driving position, and any rational ergonomics that is expected to drive safely. The upholstery is very well preserved, and carpets.

The interview was followed very carefully by the three owners. The second was the CEO of a company that bought the car in 1994 at a Honda dealership at 32,000 km, when she was just two years. He gave the car a few years later to one of his close associates, who also owned another vehicle and Honda has used moderately. It is now one of the few available for sale in France with very little km (51,800 km) and preserved in a state that will provide many years of carefree use, considering the copy of the mechanical reliability.
